When you request a stay

We collect the name, email address, phone number, dates, guest numbers and message you provide. The retreat’s authorized managers can use these details to respond, arrange your visit and maintain booking records. Please do not include payment-card details or sensitive medical information in the message box.

Storage and access

Booking records are stored in the website’s hosted database. Photo uploads are stored separately. Access to management tools requires sign-in and an authorized management account. A hashed network address is stored with requests to limit spam.

Cookies and external links

The website does not add advertising trackers or marketing cookies. Hosting and management sign-in may use essential authentication cookies. Links to maps, booking platforms and social networks open services with their own privacy policies.

Changes and deletion

To correct or request deletion of a booking enquiry, contact the hosts through the contact options on this website and quote your booking reference. Managers can update or delete enquiry records, subject to any records they need to retain for a confirmed stay.

Booking status

A submitted enquiry is a request. It becomes a confirmed booking only after the hosts agree availability, price and terms with you. This website does not collect online payments.
